B.C. & Nisga'a Nation Celebrate Treaty Anniversary
The B.C. government hosted delegates from the Nisga'a nation at the Legislature in Victoria on May 9 in advance of the May 11 anniversary of the Nisga'a treaty. Premier Horgan spoke, along with Ministers Fraser and Mark. NLG President Eva Clayton addressed the crowd as well. The Kwhlii Gibaygum Nisga'a Dancers lead the procession into the Hall of Honour and performed at the end of the ceremony.
