Dear Honourable Campbell:

The Nisga'a Nation is deeply saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Minister Stan Hagen.

In the more than two decades that he spent in public office, The Honourable Member established a strong and positive relationship with the Nisga'a Nation and First Nations throughout this great province. He was a very kind and gracious individual and his personal contributions to the First Nations communities in B.C. were exemplary. The Honourable Member will be greatly missed.

On behalf of the Nisga'a Nation, we offer our deepest condolences to Minister Hagen's family. We will keep Minister Hagen's family in our prayers.
