Nisga'a Business Development Fund supports Northern Valley Rangers Protection Services Security

John A. Clayton - a reputable former security guard with 10 years of experience has endeavoured to create a Nass Valley-based security company and his business plan was supported with a grant of $24,360.00 from the Nisga'a Business Development Fund.  40% of his overall business start-up costs.

Northern Valley Rangers Protection Services, with Clayton as founder and CEO will seek to provide security services to construction companies, LNG companies, mining companies and special events in each of the four Nisga'a Villages.

"In the current economic climate, which promises an upswing in general and in outsourced services in the Nass Valley by various construction, LNG and mining companies that are required to engage the services of Nisga'a Businesses, this business is launching at the right time" said Clayton.

As described in its business plan, "Northern Valley Rangers Protection Services will remove worries for clients who require security guards for their buildings, facilities and events by providing excellent customer service for clients and in-depth training for their employees."
