Nisg̱a’a Valley Health Authority’s Medical Director has provided an update on COVID-19 from August 2021 - today.  As you are aware, there are new COVID clusters in the Nass Valley.  

Since last week’s update we have received 8 additional positive test result, none of whom are recovered yet, so we have 8 people with confirmed “active” infection.  We have 16 test results pending.

COVID testing since 24-Aug-2021:

• Tested: 118
• Positive: 19
• Active: 8
• Recovered: 11
• Negative: 83
• Pending: 16
