Regarding the reports of a power outage in the Nass Valley, this is what we can confirm at the present time. 

According to the BC Hydro website, at around 12:53 pm, a tree impacted power lines South east of Gitwiniksihlkw cutting off power to Laxgalt'sap and Gingolx.   

Hydro appears to be aware of the situation.  At this moment there is no time estimate, but we will update you as soon as we have additional verified information.
