The Land Title Office is receiving many application forms that are not completely filled out.  In addition, forms are often submitted without the required fees.

The regulations that determine Land Title Office procedures do not allow for incomplete forms or unpaid application fees.

Please take advantage of the opportunity to have your forms reviewed for completeness and accuracy before submitting them. Incomplete or inaccurate forms, or forms submitted without the required payments, cannot be accepted by staff of the Land Title Office.
