As you are probably aware, Vancouver 2010 (VANOC) has issued a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) to all Aboriginal artists across Canada for the Venues' Aboriginal Arts Program. VANOC has created a guide to completing the RFEOI in both French and English to assist artists and those helping the artists. This guide provides explanations for the various parts of the application and outlines the minimum requirements for submission.

As the deadline for this RFEOI is Friday September 5th, it is important to ensure this information is available to anyone who needs it. Submissions are acceptable via email. Submissions made by regular mail will need to be postmarked September 5th or earlier. This RFEOI has been available online and advertised for some time now; this guide should assist with completing the application quickly and ensuring all eligible artists have the opportunity to submit the minimum required information before the deadline.
