Anhluut’uksim Saw̓inskhl Nisga’a // Nisga’a Feast Procedures & Protocols sessions began on November 11^th via Zoom. This program is for Nisga’a Youth ages 14-29 through the Nisga’a Youth Engagement Department/Nisga’a Lisims Government, with funding provided by New Relationship Trust. We were fortunate to have acquired Keane Wal-aks Tait as our main facilitator for each weekly session. This initiative will run for the duration of 4-weeks ending on December 2nd.

 Seventy Feast books have been purchased for this language initiative. Upon completion of the 4-week language initiative, the books will then be distributed to each of the seven Nisga’a Youth Councils for future language initiatives.

 The book is a teaching tool for each participant, we respect that each participant will learn from his or her respective Wilps throughout their lives.
