Most roads constructed on Nisga'a Lands are administered through the Nisga'a Forest Act (add link).  The standards are similar to those used throughout BC for resource roads.  The Treaty (add link) contains additional information pertaining to jurisdiction, respnsiblity and road safety.  For additional information contact the Department of Forest Resources.
