This plan was prepared in accordance with the Nisga’a Final Agreement and Relevant Nisga’a legislation including the Nisga’a Forest Act. This plan has been prepared in cooperation with the Nisga’a Lisims Government Emergency Management Plan (Feb 2012).

The purpose of this plan is to;
1. Provide a resource to guide activities required under 4.12 of the Emergency Response and Recovery Plan,
2. Specify relevant contact information within the Emergency Management Plan,
3. Guide Ministry of Forests Lands and Natural Resource Operations control and suppression activities on Nisga’a Lands.
