Notice in Accordance with Nisga’a Law

The final count for the January 26, 2016 By-Election for the Vancouver Nisga’a Urban Local Area was completed on January 26, 2016.  As Nisga’a Elections Officer, I declared the following final results for the elected office of Non-Executive Member of the Vancouver Nisga’a Urban Local:

                   Travis G. Angus                              51 accepted votes

                   Sheldon J. Robinson                      61 accepted votes

                   Sherry E. Small                               19 accepted votes

Accordingly, under section 58 of the Nisga’a Elections Act, I declare elected the following person to the elected office of Non-Executive Member of the Vancouver Nisga’a Urban Local (one to be elected):
