Thank you to our community and regular guests for your continued support and
patience. We are pleased to announce our updated operational hours, effective
August 12, 2026.

Hours of Operation

• Tuesday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Sunday & Monday: Closed
  
  Important Visitor Information
• Booking Preference: We highly recommend booking a specific time slot
  in advance by calling us at 250-633-3038.
• Walk-In Policy: Walk-in visitors will be accommodated only if an open
  time slot is available.
• Limited Capacity: Please note that the Natural Pool is currently
  undergoing maintenance. As a result, our total visitor capacity is strictly
  limited at this time.
