Planning for Elders Gathering

New Aiyansh will host the first meeting of Nisga'a Nation Elders on Monday January 26, 2009 in the Aiyansh Gitmiidiik Auditorium.

The purpose of the meeting is to prove an update and to begin identifying the agenda topics for the BC Elders Gathering in Terrace July 13, 14 and 15 2009.

Living a Healty Life With Chronic Conditions Workshop

LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS
The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP)

"Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions" is a free health education workshop offered by University of Victoria, Centre on Aging.

Pairs of trained volunteer leaders deliver the six-session workshop to groups of people who have chronic health conditions and their caregivers.
