Dates:  September 14, to October 2, 2015 a total of 15 working days.

Please complete all forms and submit to Nest head office in Gitlaxt’aamiks.

Upon completion of all the forms, your application will be reviewed by the instructor for approval into the course.

Deadline to complete forms:  Monday August 17, 2015 at 5:00 pm
