Polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Nisga’a citizens who are 18 years of age or older on November 5th,
2008 and who ordinarily reside in the Prince Rupert / Port Edward
Nisga’a Urban Local Area are eligible to vote in the above election
in accordance with the Nisga’a Elections Act and regulations.
