On November 22, 2023, Honorable member, Peter Lambright took oath of office at the Nisga'a Lisims Government Exectutive sitting, Peter is the successful candidate for the Gitwinksihlkw Village Government by-election. Conducting the ceremony was Sim'oogit K'eexkw, Chairperson of the Council of Elders, Herb Morven, with a long time cultural practice of Ganim Siwilyeenskw and the oath of office script left by our forefathers in accordance with Nisga'a Law.
