7th Annual Walk for LIfe

Agenda for the 7th Annual Walk for Life -  the walk is 10 kilometers from Anad'ol to Greenville.  

Theme for this year:  Live Healthy, Live Long - The walk for Life is not a race, it is a promotion for everyone to live a healthy life and in doing so, getting exercise by walking. That is why we picked the theme "Live Healthy, Live Long."  We do have door Prizes for different age catagories.
For the Youth - bicycle
For the Adults - Bicycle
For the elders -3 burner Stove and a few other nice door prizes that will be drawn at the lunch for everyone who participated in the walk.  Their names will go into a draw box for their age category when they register.

8:00 - 9:00 a.m. -  Registration and breakfast at Anad'ol .

Blessing of the food and Prayer before the walkers start - Rev. James Moore

8:45  a.m. - Gloria Murdock Smith - speaker on behalf of Nisga'a Valley Health.

9:00 a.m. - Walk Starts

11:00 a.m. - Caterers to set up for Lunch
MC for the Walk for Life - Mr. Don Leeson

12:00 p.m. - Lunch at the Greenville Field. - Blessing of the food - Gloria to speak on behalf of Nisga'a Valley Health.

Closing prayer to be done by:  Rev. James Moore or one of the elders that are present.

Door prizes - will be drawn after everyone finishes the walk.  We would like to finish as early as possible as everyone will be getting on the rides provided to attend the canoe races at Lava Lake.
