Position Summary

The Executive Director (ED) is an employee of the Nisga'a Ts'amiks Vancouver Society (NTVS) & accountable to the Board of Directors (BoD) for the performance of his/her duties. The ED is the Senior Manager of the organization with the principal duty to ensure the strategic direction & policies of the Board are implemented under governance direction of the NTVS Board of Directors. The Executive Director provides leadership, management and supervision for all aspects of the NTVS operation.
