POSITION:                      Maintenance Worker

SALARY RANGE:          Based on qualifications

SUPERVISOR:                Maintenance Manager

TERM:                             Part-Time Permanent

LOCATION:                    New Aiyansh, British Columbia

JOB SUMMARY:  This position will provide direct support to the Maintenance Manager. He/she will follow prescribed maintenance practices for the building and its surrounding grounds, rental and other physical assets.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum grade 10 education;
2. Must possess a Building Maintenance Certificate or willing to obtain one;
3. Related work experience is necessary;
4. Valid driver’s license is an asset;
5. Knowledge of heating systems, air conditioning, electrical, mechanical and

         plumbing;

1. Operational knowledge of tools and equipment;
2. Knowledge of proper safety practices related to equipment and tool handling;
3. WHMIS Certificate is an asset, training will be provided;
4. Verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
