The Globe and Mail has reported that British Columbia has formally rejected Enbridge Inc.’s proposed Northern Gateway pipeline to the West Coast from Alberta, saying the company has not adequately explained how it would deal with a major oil spill on land or in coastal waters.  click here for the full story
