Creating Universally Designed Healthy Sustainable Communities

Measuring Up the North is pleased to announce a three day (April 6-8, 2009) conference “Creating Universally Designed Healthy Sustainable Communities” at the Civic Centre, Prince George, BC.

This is a unique conference aimed at presenting current trends in universal design of built environments. As we face an increasing aging population, we need to prepare our buildings, homes and communities to be better designed for all. This conference brings together internationally known experts in the field. You will learn how universally designed communities are more livable, healthier and sustainable for everyone.
