NAIG Series: Braelyn Moore - Under 19 Females Basketball

HERE’S GREEN MACHINE RIGHT IN HER ELEMENT!!!

This point guard stands at 5’7 and with hustle and a humble heart she’s won tremendous championships and has taken first place along with her Laxgalts’ap team.

Under amazing direction over the years by Coach Mj McKay and year round training by her biip Shaun Moore (who has given her the name “Green Machine”) the dynamic duo coaching team have instilled “hard work pays off” and the skills taught have given her the ability to take lead on the floor, keep that close keen eye on passes on open team mates, runs & plays, which have been beneficial to bringing home Miss Hustle, Best Defence and most recently she’s added to her past All Star commemorations an All Star from this years All Native Basketball Tournament 2023

Having the push from her boyfriend Bryson to always hit the gym or get in that workout has deemed exponential to her preparations for her to go represent Team BC along with her life long Nisga’a friends and team mates Erin and Kota.

Come tremendous hard work and athletic ability comes great costs for travel, accommodations, gear and not to mention food…and we know my girl loves her food…we will be seeing Miss Braelyn take her cooking skills to Vancouver Community College in the Fall 2023 to receive her certification in Culinary Arts.

Braelyn is Ksim Giska’ast from Wilps Wisin Xbiltkw would like to acknowledge and thank each and everyone for their ongoing encouragement and support.

Fans, friends and family near and far l’d like to present to you representing #5 on Team BC’s U19 Ladies team at the North American Indigenous Games in Halifax Miss Braelyn Moore!

Si'aamhl Wilin Braelyn!
