Nisga'a Museum article in 'Round Up'

Check out the Fall 2013 Edition of Roundup

In it you will read an article by our own Nisga'a Museum Director, Darrin Martens, "From Darkness to Light: Nisga'a Museum in Context".  Darrin provides a comprehensive history of the Nisga'a Museum and also unveil's the Nisga'a Museum's prosperity plan of increasing accessibility, engagement and sustainability.

Also in the same issue of Round Up is an article, "Nishga Girl" by Dr. Dan Gallacher who shares his memories about the history of how the 1960's gillnet boat became a feature artifact in the Canadian Museum of Civilization, now Canadian Museum of History.

Published quarterly, Roundup is the BC Museum Association (BCMA) newsletter, containing informative articles on current and on-going issues and events, in-depth profiles on interesting members of the museums community, and listings of professional development seminars and resources.
