FOR NISGA’A URBAN LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE

VANCOUVER NISGA’A URBAN LOCAL

IN THE November 7, 2012

REGULAR ELECTION OF NISGA‚ÄôA GOVERNMENT 

The final count for the November 7, 2012 regular election of Nisga‚Äôa Government was completed on November 10, 2012.  As Nisga‚Äôa Elections Officer, I declared the following final results for the elected office of Nisga‚Äôa Urban Local Representative for the Vancouver Nisga‚Äôa Urban Local:

J. Clifford Azak                      37 accepted votes

Marcia P. Guno                     78 accepted votes

Daniel Jorgensen                  39 accepted votes

Edna Nyce                              81 accepted votes

Accordingly, under section 58 of the Nisga’a Elections Act, I declare elected the following persons to the elected office of Nisga’a Urban Local Representative for the Vancouver Nisga’a Urban Local (two to be elected):
