On November 17, 2016, the recently elected members of the Wilp Si'ayuukl Nisga'a, the Nisga'a legislature, were sworn into office.  Nisga'a citizens of all ages gathered in the Legislative Chambers of Nisga'a Lisims Government to observe the swearing-in ceremony.
