The Nisga'a Canoe Project participants invite all children, youth, adults and elders to witness a historic event of steaming the traditional dug-out canoe.

Master carver, Alver Tait, and his apprentices will start the ceremony at 10 am at the Laxgalts'ap carving shed located by the water front in Greenville.

Refreshments will be served & a BBQ lunch to follow the event.
