The Honourable Katrine Conroy, Minister of Children & Family Development, visited the Nisga'a Lisims Government on September 6, 2019. The Minister met with members of the Executive and staff from NCFS and Programs & Services in the NLG chambers. Staff discussed their roles within their departments, along with the successes and challenges they face as they engage in the community. Minister Conroy addressed the group and commended them on the important and sometimes difficult work they do, along with the focus on integrating language and culture into procedures.
